Dr. John Pitman III (Colonel) has been an army reservist for 25 years, and has been deployed to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Germany, and Haiti, as well as Walter Reed National Military Medical Center four times through OIF and OEF. He has been decorated with the Combat Action Badge, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal (X4), Army Achievement Medal (X4), Afghan Campaign Ribbon and NATO Medal. 

 

Because of his unique experience, he brings a special understanding to the surgical needs of military personnel.
